RE: maker/source of reel?
I love the idea. I've also got a spare hose reel and was thinking about what to do with it. I'll keep my eye this thread to find out what tank size I'll need.
Re: RE: Proper Brake Bleeding
Ditto on the "do it yourself". I used a pc. of steel as soldier "B"'s foot. I did a bit of running back and forth but it worked well.
I think you better wait at least until I'm done to determine your poopoo level...This is my first time painting. I'm a machinist not a body shop expert remember????
I'm looking hard at Durabak because their color matches my desert tan 686 closest. I'm leaning towards durbak because it looks very simple...just open the can, mix it up and apply. Others I've looked at, like grizzly grip, offer similar colors and can match colors w/in 15% but they require...

Thanks to all for your help regarding how to...
Re: RE: winch removal
definitely a torch. I beat on bolts way too long before using the torch...fired up the torch then one, two, three and they were out with no damage to the brackets etc.
If others have just cranked up the pot pressure, i'm all for it. Anyone painting the new 2 part CARC with 1.4mm? If so, please offer some set up numbers I.E. pot pressure, gun pressure, comments, suggestions etc.
I've got an HVLP gun kit from harbor freight
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=93305
It comes with a 1.4mm but my CARC recommends 1.8mm. Anyone know where I can buy the proper nozzle kit? H.F. doesn't have it and their tech. staff isn't too helpful...friendly...
