Will and I have been talking about a left coast rally. We really need to pull something together this year! Maybe in the fall when it cools down a bit? I'm for a desert outing maybe anza borrego, or something near big bear. That may be more central for the L.A., Valley and Riverside folks.

C'dub, I have a good dryer to remove moisture. I wiped down prior to paint with denatured alcohol. I was told by some service folks that this is what they did prior to painting CARC. Steelandcanvas, The gauge labels are from Rick Larsen.

I got the blistering thing down pat!!! I have figured out by trial and error what has been causing the blistering of the type II water based CARC... Rustoleum primer is NOT happy working with this CARC. I ran test samples of multiple variables and it turns out that if you use Rustoleum primer...

Rizzo, That stinks about them NOT being what you expected. I have kept my eye out for a maint. tent but was also very gun shy about bidding w/o looking.

maint tent I'd love to get one of those tents. I ended up putting up my R.S. camo netting to reduce the baking effects of the sun.

Saturn Surplus has new spot lights with mounting hardware...OD green and wired for 24V...new...about $45.00. I bought one. They are very Heavy duty and nice!

I think for a straight trailer, cargo cover, crank up landing gear, title...6 bills is a descent price.
