You know I have a friend that put a air scoop under his transfer case that helped force more air up around the T-case to help keep it cooler. With todays oils and that, you might just want to play with the orig T-Case for a while.
Maybe make it turn like a snow thrower chute, that way you can see backing up and have it turned around so reverse performance would not be lost.

The oxygen tanks are the same but your acetylene tank is different. It's actually fatter in size and half the height of the oxygen. If I remember, I will take a pic of my acetylene bottle when I'm at the wrecker.

I've used the adapter from the generator and regulator to verify voltage output on take off parts.
