Maybe bad temp sensor switch in water crossover? With fan engage, lots of air is moving, lots. Slow to or may not ever get up to thermostat opening temp.
Here in the Mojave Desert today, 109 outside. After a 6 mile drive, stop & go traffic, fan kicked in, ran about minute +/-, turned off...
I read a lot of fuel this and fuel that. (very important) Is there fuel in the IP housing? Couple of screws or pull the vent line and crank. Any fuel at one of the injectors ?
Did you check the electrical side of the equation? My previous reply above. If rebuilt, did they know it was a 24...
Equalizer not really needed if your batteries are in good "balanced" shape with your converter build. Basic 60 amp alternator should handle it just fine. Since you already have the converter wired in... run with that.
Equalizer is other option and usually expensive $$ to provide 12 volt...
Whoa WHOA ! I'am not sure where your going with this & Mr. Edison is spinning in his grave. The set-up will work. Note the the real ground is thru the shunt (the thingie mounted on the side of battery box) which is then terminated to the starter then to the frame. While the voltage drop in...
Schematic would be helpful. Looking at the pictures ?? and trying to follow it thru, it looks like you have the 24 volt connections thru the CONVERTER disconnect switch right. Going to be a pain in the butt to have to pull the seat every time you want to turn off 12 volt equipment. Unless you...
My vote is with cwajciec.
Same test more or less, turn on the head lights and try and start. Lights go really really dim to all out... excessive voltage drop. Funky battery internals, loose, corroded connections, more likely big wires. More things to look for: Feed thru hardware from...

All good points as I read them. Might just loosen one of the injectors fuel feed lines (the easy one) at the injector and see if fuel is showing up there when cranking. Won't be a lot, but should fill a thimble after a few tries. It would be an "end to end" test and easy to do. I know you...
Looking it over, I see some of the design changes. Control arms and hubs look beefe-er, push back for rear seating / more cab space? Wheres the iconic air lift hooks. The more I look, the more it looks like a pimped out M998 with left over parts, with others just added for ??. I get that if...
MY IP NOTES... Fuel cutoff solenoid, 25 Ohms +/- 5. Idle Up Solenoid 100 Ohms +/- 15. Nominal resistance checks. When energized voltage to coil, it will be battery supply. (varies with your batteries at rest or running / charging look for 23.5 VDC to 28.5 VDC again +/-. Anything wildly...
Following along with the original base models 1984 ish to current, I am under the impression that there wasn't an "original" model. Seems from the get go, nothing but modifications. In many cases "form and fit" was more to sale add-on to keep the war machine going or making bucks in some...
Rolling into a gun fight in a Hummwv and then trying to get out the door with all the gear sounds like a bad idea to me. Not unless the turret gunner is going at it...and I haven't seen SWAT work that one yet. Could also paint a bad image for the hobby after the fact. Private party Hummer rams...
