Trying to help. Curb Weight
The curb weight of your vehicle is the weight of the car with all of the standard equipment and amenities, but without any passengers, cargo or any other separately loaded items in it. Thus, the curb weight is the amount that the vehicle...
Oh and don't forget the control arm bushings. Loose, worn, split, elongated and all bets are off. Upper and or lower. Lots of variables. Big pry bar in the right place can point to issues not seen or can be man-handled.
Toe IN front. Toe OUT rear. Tie rod clamp bolts next to front wheels towards hubs. Shims thin=1.52mm thick=3.04mm. Shim placement and thickness front and or rear bucket with relation to control arm interact on camber and caster... and will NOT be equal in any location, front, back, left or...
Messed up on the easy read link > https://hummerhuren.files.wordpress.com/2013/01/hmmwv_test-diagnostics.pdf
If anything this read should come with all trucks. That and your $69 on special Craftsman tool set, plus a couple extra sockets, some WD-40 or better, BIG hammer, Band-aids and a coffee...
If you are looking for a daily driver, highway flyer, parade show truck honey dooo runner you will have plenty of shims left over.
All of the wheel positions allows for camber, castor and toe. Trucks were designed to be loaded up. For $147 that might get just the tires removed just to see...
"Fan kicking on" (clutch locked-fan working) is really a good Cadillac valve solenoid, de-energized (no 24 volts applied) The logic here is backwards for many thinking something on is energized to work. That's is why un-pluging Time Delay Module TDM locks up fan (must have good working clutch...
Kick down or cable pull.
Kick down / fan switch side of IP. Does two things.
Cable pull modulator side of trans to the IP throttle sets the shift points.
Simple as pie or pi, CAMO
Really... If the glow plugs are 24 volt... and they are, how are they going to burnout or "over volt" if the supply from the batteries is 24 volts or less under the 60+/- amp load of good plugs ??? Only way you could toast them is having them energized for a longer time (failed controller) or...
Started out following the MWO instruction. After crawling around and fussing with straight and angle drill motors, Switch to plan "B"... Used an air hammer (rivet gun) with a sharp, slightly curved flat blade, 5/8 wide or so. Up against base of the rivet head and tap the trigger. POW head...
The first one without serial number and the plain Jane label is my guess a Taiwan knock off. Something to watch for with many electrical and gauges floating around... just saying.
DANGER DAN... This is not going to go well with the dot 4 mixed in with a dot 5 system. First the seals in the master cylinder will turn to goo and blow out (and soon, give it a week or two) and pedal goes to the floor. NO WARNING and NO BRAKES. You might get the brake light to flicker or...
Tap into any one of the marker lights. Left or right side marker or one of the three under the tail gate. Don't forget to have a good ground / frame return. Easy.

Check the short stubby 3/4 sized hose from the top of the pump to the cross over manifold. Easy to check. I have seen them cracked or loose clamps. GI Joe doesn't seem to replace them when needed. CAM
Get the BIG bad ones at Harbor Freight. Cheap insurance and sturdy. Park them under the frame rails as needed. If your're working the hubs, stack the tires and flip them under the cross members (easier said, back up)... AND skip the exploding cinder blocks and splitting tree stumps.
