A sandy place in Asia. Ok folks, so far, Swiss is the only person who has posted/pm'd me saying they could pick up our attendee. Is there anyone else who wants to step up? If not, you all owe Swiss beer and gas for the M62. :p

Glad you can make it and you can bring your Rover. Hopefully Jon will have his Rover there too. There are several gas stations within 5-10 miles of Durhamtown. You will pass several on the way in. D-town has gas (not sure about diesel) but it ain't cheap.

There was a strata blue deuce on ebay about 6 months ago and it looked awesome. I am going to go look for it. In the meantime, I'd paint your deuce blue with USAF markings.

Dropping them off in the middle of the rally field would be acceptable. :D

Can anyone pick up a Ga Rally attendee from Hartsfield Airport in Atlanta around 0900 on 10-October? He warns me that he will probably smell funny and possibly be "messed up" from 2 days of air travel. I need someone who is reliable to commit to this so our attendee can plan his trip. I will...

The majority of the trails at D-town are "logging" trails similar to what is pictured above. You go a bit and you come to obstacles, that you can either attempt or bypass. Obstacles of all sorts are available: mud, articulation challenges, hills, etc.

We had so much fun with our '55 in 2009. I really miss it. You're gonna' have a blast. :D

I can't believe how "normal" the bed looks on it. I like the spotlamp in the Deuce beds spot for the 10 pin connector.

A. Some other South Carolinian brings an empty trailer with them and hauls it back. B. Ferro brings a LOT of oxygen and acetylene to the rally and hauls the old bed back in trash bags.

You need to get the seller of the wrecker bed to bring it to the rally, as a condition of sale . :D Then you bring your wrecker on the trailer. Problem solved!
