They've revised it upward. The weather gets hotter every year-we're now seeing weather in October that used to be in September. Once this one is past, I'll look at the weather readings from the last few years and decide if I want to move it closer to November.

I believe all the "spots" with electricity are rented. However, I am sure someone will let you pull power off their grid. If not, it sounds like several people will be bringing generators.

They're uncommon and expensive. Most States have at least 1 or 2 outfits doing it. You can try googling it.
