    ganged panel is nos from a m-621, i think white owl in nc has them as well as axles. a indicator light comes on after the slider in the axle has moved to lock position.

    i made my wheels the same way joe trapp did, but i used m-135 wheels since they have a 1" different offset. this gives it the same track as a m-35a3 and clears steering. if i did it again i would do 11" wide since flaps would fit better.

    i made my wheels the same way joe did, but i used m-135 wheels since they have a 1" different offset. (see m-621 project) it is my experience that stock tires and wheels need to be 16 oz or more out of balance to need balanceing, i.e. if it is less than 16 oz out you will not notice it.

    RE: Duece won i think i remember enough to tell you that you need to remove the center plug from the fuel head and be sure the plunger is going up and down. you said you did this, but is it going down far enoughto pick up a charge of fuel? i think the shut off lever lifts the center plunger...
