Like it says.
I bought the bumper and the tire/wheel carrier that lowers to the ground (I would rather not be lifting 150lb wheels mid-Winter on slippery ice).
I bought the attachment support rods seperately.
I have no washers, lock washers, spring washers, nuts or bolts.
What bolts do I...
That appears to be a NEW D-100 without the 1074H, 1075H, and 1076H extensions.
Should easily get the job done.
There is apparently a newer version, the D-180. I'm sure the price is also upgraded. :/
Good tools ain't cheap.
I bought a used complete D-100 set. Includes the aforementioned...
Wow! 600 clams is too much. I paid much much less. Like Momma used to say "you betta shop around."
I really appreciate the feedback here guys. Now I own the correct tool and will be able to do correct repairs.
Thanks again.

Thanks Guys!
Purchased a D-100 with 1074H, 1075H, and 1076H attachements and rivnut attachments, (from Flea-Bay).
Now I guess I need to purchase rivets and rivnuts.
Are there prefered sources?
Thanks,
T
Just like it says...if I buy a set of rivnut inserter tools and such, what are the most important sizes and what is the best place to purchase?
Better brands?
After all these years I never really used them. Now I believe it is time.
Is there a tools section on this Forum? Is there a forum...
Start from the beginning.
Verify the output of your alternator and verify the voltage requirement of the starter.
That will answer questions right there.
In the old days, there were systems that allowed a 12V charger to charge batteries BUT would switch the starter circuit system to 24 Volts...
It is AWESOME that our friends and allies in Europe also have these vehicles as privately enjoyed transport.
[Now you need to get a deep fording kit and drive to the USA to say hello (JK).]
Happy Trails.

Start at the ground and work your way up... Is there fuel in the tank?
If the system ran dry, you need to pressurize the tank to force fuel into the pump. Then check the fuel pum to ensure it is good and pressure in the line os from the pump and not a full tank/gravity.

I used my 2003 4.7liter [NOT A HEMI ENGINE] Durango to pull a 5000+lb Diesel Landcruiser 2200 miles twice. I did NOT use a flatbed trailer, but my vehicles both had titles and insurance. I had a brake assist, and it was easy.
20-40 miles at 20-45 MPH in a HMMWV pulling another Hummer? I see no...
I am against it for many reasons. This paint is absolutely not ever meant to be used on the motor vehicle. It will crack, it will prematurely age and fade, and I think it is a horrible idea.
Before BLK HMMWV says it, this would be the essence of Bubbafication.
There are those who speak of...
Others will disagree but the guy who sold this FNG his current rig told me to avoid the hydraulic pumps for this reason.
I don't mean to offend and I don't mean to start a raucous debate. I don't have enough experience to do more than parrot what he said to me.
I already have 2 electrics for...
Remember that your pumpkins have vents that will allow water into the crown gear assemblies and ruin them. You also have batteries mounted low in the interior body.

After all is said and done...
It is indeed possible to turbocharge a 6.2 BUT, I would need to pull the engine, construct a custom low profile intake manifold, and find oil to supply the unit, and rebuild the fuel pump for higher output, and make custom brackets for the exhaust to turbo...
Contracts are based on cost versus profit margin. I am sure that Am General designed a vehicle based on what they as a company could provide with a comfortable profit. I am sorry they lost the contract, however ultimately I just want our American military personnel to have the safest vehicle...
