Anti Seize is not a lubricant, read the container. No DOT in NY State has ever given me trouble about anti seize on my lug nuts... either Budd or Dayton style. If you are worried, don't anti seize the thimble, only the outer nut, now no problemo. Gringletraube pretty much has the story...

I've been here about forever too and didn't see a problem with clicking on your link to view the adaptor you asked about. If it says 1.2 to 1 ratio, it is the speedo adaptor for an M35A2. It appears to be complete. gasket or O-ring to be applied where needed. Or, go to the TMs on my website and...
You can add a shim washer to the external oil pressure regulato on the side of the block behind the turbo. There is a pressure regulator in the oil pump too, but the external reg is easier to get to. If you drop the pan to clean the pickup screens, that would be the time to read the manual on...
