    Budd rim for 12.00 dual

Okay....this entire exercise just hit a snag. Even with only 1" adaptor thickness, with the hubs in their wide setting, which is necessary, its past the 8'6" wide legal limit. I'm back to flipped hubs, A3 wheels, dish out and 395s. Sorry to waste your time.

    Budd rim for 12.00 dual

I would not try it if not a 4x4 and space for 395s.....bed an m105. But plan was to flip hubs to the inside and run dish out A3 wheel, where this mod keeps the hub in its outer position. Spare can still be an A3 wheel with 395. Feltz has the rims @ 125. That is 11.25" bolt circle. I cannot...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Cousin gave me a small gas powered generator 5kw that he bought 20 years ago. He said it would not start or run without the choke on now and that he has ran it once....one time in 20 years....and cannot get it going now. I thought for sure it would be old gas that became varnish as the...

Got all my M35A2 LED lights working....for a little bit. Anyone worked on LED's with success?

Think how many connections there are and each one is suspect for corrosion....making the minuscule draw of LED a problem. Mine are getting dedicated lines for each light from behind the cab to control them individually (brightness, flash, fade, patterns).

    Front Shock Angle

Can't help on a measurement but a general rule is to put the shock as close to the tire as possible and to put it close to direction of travel (vertical).

    Budd rim for 12.00 dual

Thanks Wes and Cattlerepairman. I think I have enough room on the inside with my spring and bag....not sure. The adaptor would put it out a little more. Wes, I see the adaptors have recessed nuts. I was hoping to use some 1" plate I have but the nuts become problem. Hmmmmm. I'll check in...

    Budd rim for 12.00 dual

Let's approach from another direction. What rims will the 12.00 fit in dual configuration and have the necessary space between them without a spacer?. I am willing to make an adaptor, but have bolt clearance problems going to a 5 ton rim that will cause a problem. What is the dual rim that...

    Budd rim for 12.00 dual

I'm wondering what rims could be used on the back of my 4x4 M35A3 with 12.00 dual (budd) rim. Is there a one piece rim? Will have 395 on front.

Findlay Ohio 2021 show, Sell, Trade, Wanted List/ May14-16

Have (2) M35A3 wheels and 14.5 tires. Could use on front of a deuce with 11.00 rear duals or on 105 trailer. Edit.....SOLD wheels and tires Looking for GY 395, another 105 trailer, green soft top for deuce (or) 5 ton (both), top bows for cargo, bolster wheels, 37" hummer tires good enough...

    bobbing a deuce then towing

I'm too far from "done" to answer that. There is about a 32" gap between the bed and back of cab which gives room for a spare 395 and a high mount hydraulic winch with my build. If I were doing it for someone else, I would probably just cut a stock bed down to length (even at back of frame)...

    bobbing a deuce then towing

I see all kinds of trucks with yellow turn signals in back. But I'll make sure. There are lots of combinations possible as each light has a 3 SO wire coming to it from the controller box.

    bobbing a deuce then towing

This project has temporarily stalled because I'm trying to get machinery together for hauling sawmill waste to use as mushroom substrate....massive amounts. Eventually the deuce can pull the 1061 I'm modifying but for now, my efforts go back to the 929 as primary puller. Back bumper is 3/8"...

Finding the "good" wheel cylinder kits...

The 21 will work if you have 1" piston and the 127 will work if you have 3/4" pistons. So in relation to a deuce....NO

    bobbing a deuce then towing

Bed is not on yet but I'll put up a few details.... spring, rear bumper/lights, rebuilt tranny with hydraulic pump. I'm building a center section between the cab and bed to hold spare and put a hydraulic winch for A frame crane.

    bobbing a deuce then towing

I didn't cut the frame, I put a 105 bed even at the back and located the axle in the wheelwell center. My gooseneck ball is just under the bed and 9" in back of the axle. Pintle is untouched and I plan to pull on both. I use springs AND air bag overloads. I'm not done to tell you how it...

    Tire options for m923

Put an ad up for one or more 14.00. You may get lucky with someone that did the full replacement and has a couple reasonable take-offs. At some point they may be entirely un-obtainable, but I bet you can score 1 or 2 of the 14.00.

Finding the "good" wheel cylinder kits...

    If I can find them I'll sell it all (6). I'm using 1.5" on my 4x4. Edit....I think I traded them...sorry
