Remove the right inner splash panel to get to the tensioner to loosen the belt. The back side of the balancer has 3 or 4 large bosses that a wrench fits on to easaly rotate the engine.
In the true spirit of I don't know any better I believe I would start looking at the local construction and supply companies to scrounge up a piece of pipe and make these myself!
Squirt bottle of water.... squirt the belt under the pulley that you are hearing... between the belt and pulley. If the noise stops its the belt....My 2 cents......
Inspect inside the tank, maybe remove and clean it if there is any foreign matter or debris , replace all the fuel lines, remove and clean the fuel filter housing and all check valves or remove them, there are several. "VACUUM" fuel to the pump, between the IP and filter. WAY too much...

Find yourself a "4 WHEEL drive shop" that works on JEEPs . Off road stuff. They can help you out. A regular tire shop hears" two piece rim" and they turn white! Goes back to old style truck rims that used to kill people quite regularly. You can do these yourself but I would not recommend it...
Easy to tell if it got in, turns the lube a milky like color. When I pulled the vent off the top of the pump there was no indication of fuel but it had got to the right rear hub. I have to give credit where it's due. I followed the lead from another post on here about the hubs. Sure enough it...
