I made them, the J hooks were there but the hold down was missing, I'm using "surplus" UPS batteries so I decided to make my own hold downs, just some 3/16 bar stock and I welded two cross bars to help keep the batteries from shifting.

As I stated in my previous post you are missing the alternator wiring harness that connects to the tractor harness, that loose large round plug.

My PS pump was noisy and the brake pedal was pulsing, I installed a new pump and it cured both issues. When the booster goes bad it usually starts weeping fluid where the rod exits to the pedal.

Could be multiple items, pump, switch on injection pump, modulator, rotten lines and the line T, oil level, lots to check, been there done that.

40 times lock to lock holding 5 seconds at each lock. You may also have a bleeder at the fan valve, that is the highest point in the system. I ended up replacing the PS pump with the same issue.
