I don't think you will get any traction on the iron clad guarantee since there is a picture and it stated they could not "operationally checked".... I believe a fellow member Gimpy Rob had intakes for sale if I recall.... Beltfed on ebay normally has pumps which might work as a core to send off...

My guess is the led anti flick gizmos were not 24v? Are the lights 24v? Charging should be 27.8 -28.4 Load test each battery first after checking voltage and charging if needed. Start with basics.
