The same thing happened to me. Aux pump cut-out float stuck and overfilled the tank. No spill as I was there and watching but I will not use the aux pump unattended. The convenience is not worth the hassle of cleaning up a spill.
I'm just being nit picky. I like to keep the 802's as original as possible. I'll just use the clears for now. Some green ones will turn up eventually.
Thanks to you all for the help and suggestions.

Thanks for looking. I found a couple adds for the lamp assemblies but struck out on just the green bulbs. Were the adds you found for just the bulbs? Oh and if you use MEP -memphis as your search string it cuts out about a million motorcycle windshield adds.
Thanks again....I'll keep digging.
Yes and yes. The part number in the -24 is the one I cited. The -801 denotes green. National fuse lists them as -801 but its not what they ship or seem to actually have. (called them).
Thanks for the assist.......still looking for a source.
Does anyone have a source for the green panel light bulbs? They are part# 6s6-30v. I can find plenty of the clear ones but the greens have so far been hard to find. There is a vendor called National Fuse that has them on their website but when I ordered them they shipped clear bulbs.
Thanks...
There's only 1 model 803.....that would be the 803a. With that said, some would say it's better to get a Fermont built 803a rather than the older Libby built 803a. YMMV
They are one and the same actually. Fermont was the assembler, Onan was the mfg of the gen head and Lister Petter makes the engines which are rebadged to Onan.
I have 2 802a sets. They both have the fuse mod but neither of them has the MOV in place. This thread contains a few different links sourcing the MOV, some of which are no longer available. Can anyone tell me the correct part number or provide a link to the recommended part?
Thanks to you...
This.
Easier and less chance of messing something else up. Also gives you a chance to inspect everything in the back part of the control cube. I've done it only on 2 802a's and they were nightmare tight with very little room to work. Go in from the side and grab it high.
FYI there are still 1074s to be had.
