You should check the fuel PSI; there is a restricted fitting in the back of the head. If the fuel psi is low; you may have to replace this. it is a specific size hole in the fitting to keep up the fuel psi. you can modify the size of the restriction to boost HP but if outside the range things go...

You may want to check the return line for being plugged the way the PT set up works if the return line is not letting fuel through can cause your systems.

I have listened to the videos again with out driving myself and or being there. Have you checked and made sure there is nothing lose and hitting the cab or enough clearance that not hitting cab under torque, checked your motor mount for tightness or slack
