I am looking for some brake parts info for my M373a2. Where to locate a new master cylinder and wheel cylinders too. I have been searching through threads and use the search tool with no luck finding much. I have found a TM manual on the net but it does not give or have not found a parts manual...
I took my m931 for a spin. I went to Whitesands to pick up the new to me m373a2. I left Liberal Ks on 9-24 and got back home on the 26th. I didn't take many pics i should have though here are a few.
I know its kinda different but still the same. I had a 79 chev pickup with the right head light dim ( it did not burn them out but it was dim) the fix to it problem was to take apart and clean the ground they are right behind the head light once i did that i never had trouble again. Not sure...
On the headlight problem I would take all the grounds loose and shine them up with sand paper or something; headlight grounds, block to frame, frame to cab. The running problem sounds like you are sucking air/ drain back problem and you might not see signs of a fuel leak to get the drain back. I...
It does make it more enjoyable to not have to fight so hard to keep speed up. Cruising down the road the foot throttle is up off the floor. I can keep speed up a hill bobtail even pass my buddies when we are on a road trip:p
I have now a XM 118 6 ton trailer the date on the data plate says 4/1952. This trailer looks to have electric brakes on it. I have not torn into it yet I was just looking at it being a new purchase. I came in and looked at the trailer TM's there is a m 118 but the TM shows them to have air or...
I have added a turbo to my 250, pilled the pump, added shims to the high speed spring and really like the performance so far. I have about 210 psi rail pressure, 13 psi boost, I have not been loaded up yet but I get about 750 to 775 temp on pyro max boost and rail psi (post turbo). No smoke...
I have a M931 and I am staying with my 11.00 20's G177's. My road speed is not that great but when driving it I am goofing off anyhow. I have 4 or 5 spares on the truck itself with them. The blow out stuff I do not like either. Just where i am thinking.
I would check how much air PSI you building to if over 120 to 125 you are building to much air ( If its the high PSI pop off). Your air dryer can sound like that too but lower noise level if the air dryer purge valve is not working.
