I don't think taking idle fuel pressures will show you much. I had the pressure relief valve leaking at the secondary fuel filters in my M109A3 -- a 0-100psi gauge read Zero and the truck idled fine and could drive 45 mph.
Edit: I mean, its a good idea to check to make sure you're making...
The guy with the $350 transmission has parts sources in Florida and Mississippi, I know he ships through Fastenal, which you do have one of those in Flagstaff. I'll PM you his contact info.
The sighting was posted on the M35A2 Group Facebook page, there's a guy there willing to ship you a transmission for as low as $350 plus shipping. No local help as of yet tho.

I've used Bill W's technique on two of my truck, works great. Tip: Keep the bolts and plumbing fittings loose while assembling, then tighten everything down.
Hi from Southern Maine.
The only un-syncronized gears are first and reverse. Just don't shift into those unless you're at a complete stop, no double-clutching is necessary.
I had bolts inside a drum come loose and get jammed up between the drum and brake shoe, that caused a hard pedal problem for me. I found the problem on the 5th drum I opened up...
I bypassed the FDC on a non-turbo M275A2, with muffler and rear exhaust, and had to decrease the fuel rate. EGTs reached 1200+ degrees much too easily while unloaded on slight hills. Maybe the muffler made a difference, but I recommend installing a pyro.
This google map link shows 5-tons and other heavy equipment inside the wire. Isn't that brilliant?!

I now work for ON Semiconductor, which is headquartered in Phoenix, does that count? Company time centers around Arizona time.
I hope to get out there on a work trip in the dead of my Maine winter.
The corporate guys seemed really interested in my deuces when they learned of them. I send...
I'm going to say Yes, because you missed a step to adjust your brake shoes. The wheel gets in the way of adjusting the brake shoes and you don't want to adjust the brake shoes with loose spindle nuts. So, do not install any wheels before tightening the spindle nuts. Once your brake shoes are...
Nope. The battery you tap will become undercharged. The other battery will become overcharged.

704 goes to the AC to DC transformer. It powers the 24 volt circuits when connected to generator power, this is to prevent draining the starter batteries.
There are both 120V AC and 24V DC circuits in the M109 box, in post #5 you called to attention a 24V DC one.
You could plug your heater into the 120V AC outlets running down the side, you just need either generator or shore power to feed into the breaker panel.
The deuce driver has a Facebook page with public photos and posts. He says he fractured his back in 5 places and is having trouble gripping with the death of the other motorist. It appears he's only owned the deuce for 2 weeks. :(
Edit: One news article says he was ejected, but...
The bottom two videos in Post #22 sound normal to me. I put a Donaldson M070028 muffler on mine to make it easier on the ear drums.
