Gear reduction starter? If your system is 24 volts you may have cooked that starter, unless, somehow it is a 24volt gear reduction starter?
Sorry, new information has come to my attention regarding the 24v gear reduction starter, disregard my prior transmission.
Seems if you run the boost much over 10, they pop pretty quickly, based on what I've read here and on other diesel sites. 6.5 head gaskets seem to cure the problem. Also, the 6.2 banks turbo was a dealer installed option I believe.
That's the $10,000 dollar question, yes, it will, but. . . on our CUCV's the front drive shaft is on the passenger side, I have not determined if the crossover tube will interfere with it. On the Banks kit, the tube is routed forward on the drivers side and then across to the turbo manifold...
Well, you won't be able to use that cross over exhaust tube with the manifold that is on your truck now, without some modification, or bending up a new tube. The manifold on top is a stock CUCV driver side manifold, the one on the bottom is from a 97 2wd C3500.
I still have not figured out...
I'm not sure about the drivers side manifold down angle, the manifold on the CUCV is a straight down exhaust pipe flange, the late model manifold exhaust pipe flange is angled back 15 or 2 degrees, I have not gotten that far on my truck yet. But it looks like you are off to a good start!
Mechanical wastegate controller, and the soft tubing for the pressure side. Your IP will work.

All the quotes I've gotten are between 30 and 36 dollars PER bolt. . . . .
And they are all listed as surplus items, and for that price the companies that specialize in NSN parts can hang onto them forever. . . .
Apparently the 12 point bolts are 4140 steel with some amount of gold or platinum mixed in for added value. . . .
Got a quote from these guys: http://www.parts-query.com/jsp/search_result.jsp?search=5306-00-937-2295&pagelimit=0&buttonno=0&detect=true&planid=1
$35.00 Each. . . Maybe if you are...
Did more searches and found this, part number 11642059 crosses to NSN: 5306-00-937-2295 which comes back to this Publication TM 9-2815-210-34P, I think I've found a winner! now to find a supplier. . . .
Found this searching the web:

Well I have a complete set of the "new" bolts, and I don't think I want to part with them. The old bolt has this number: 10935343 on them as noted in other threads, the "new" style bolts have numbers as well, FC 11642059?
