oh dear lord 18 pages for a hello posting.... has to be some kind of record..........
welcome to the site, dont mind the idiots they are great people no matter how hard they try not to berofl
ive had a similar problem it tended up being the screw in connection where the wiring harness goes through the firewall. I cant remember exactly where it is but it ended up just being a bad connection. My headlights werent working either though.
you can bend your own bows out of 1" electrical conduit. I did it on mine and it worked fine.
Sorry to here about the damage but am estatic that the damage was limited to buildings
man this is the government, if it operated logically would we be having the problems we are having with it? Im still wondering why they are requiring mutilation on some trucks/trailers when the exact same trucks/trailers are being sold somewhere else. Or even why the hummers are still not being...
its a military seat so No, but it is possible to loosen the top of the two bolts holding the seat back up and reposition the seat but we have never been able to get it where it was close to comfortable. If you can get an MRAP seat they seem to be more comfortable. I used a Mastercraft MRAP seat...
anyway to get back on topic,
If you cant get down to the site call the office and talk to theresa. and tell her what is going on. They will usually work with you on that site not so much on the other ones. If possible call wreckerman and see if he can do a pickup for you. If he isnt busy he...
ive ridden in a ton of them, no they arent comfortable at all..... i dont think so anyway.
were you talking about the highback or low back seat.
Both are equally awful IMHO, you sit too straight up.
They will go in easy enough just need to fab some simple brackets
nicely done,
Im a big fan of a soft top but it looks great like it is. The trailer ( i think) looks better without the cover. I usually pull the front pins and use mine like a dump trailer so im not a purest anyway
Lax, the only issue ive had is that at full right turn it rubs against the steering arm some. I just dont cut it as hard.
As for the bed, there is allot of room and ive never rubbed. Fully loaded at full articulation.....maybe but i dont think so
crane truck as far as i know nobody has ever...
my m-818 is running 4 12v batteries but ive heard that they will start with 2 but keep in mind they were designed for 4 for a reason. Probably cold starting but oh well.
With your gauges being screwy and you saying the batteries were connected wrong thats probably the problem. Since you have...
i found a regular paint gun was putting the paint on way too smooth and was causing a bit too much gloss. I switched to using a wagner power painter (dont laugh) to give it a more textured finish. Seems to work for military paint jobs.
I havent forgotten about you needing cucv trucks 82abnmp I...
I HATE SNAKES....... They scare the crap out of me
Trucks look great though.....[thumbzup] and friends with semis and flatbeds are good friends to have
we had new u-bolts made using the stock mounts from the front end of a donor vehicle. Most military equipment parts guys sell the spring mounts. If you have the springs already then you are going to need the axle mount and spring mounts to the frame. If you use the frame mounts from the trailer...
and as an added benefit by using you addiction as a business you can right off a portion of your hobby as a business expense....[thumbzup]
thats how the thing was designed and built for but as with any business the key is not in how much you sell (which you cant control) and how much you spent...
will the stock fuel can mount work or is it too wide at the bottom. that might be enough to stabilize it.
Personally, I would install an eyebolt in the mount on the bottom of the raised mount and another at the hardtop and just run a bungy or cargo starp through it, to tighten it to the mount...
i like the road flare idea.... i think im going to start keeping alot more in my trucks for bunches of reasons.... thanks
Im planning on going and bringing a m1009 pulling a popup camper. My buddy is most likely going in a 1031 pulling a m101 trailer that maybe converted into a camper.... if...
i use mine as a anti-theft device anyway. Who would think to look under the hood and reset the switch.....
I havent heard of a runaway problem with the NTC but as soon as you pull the emergency switch......well they had to have put that switch in it for a reason. They even put it in the middle...
with diesel running 4.00 a gallon I would be thinking somewhere in the 1.00 +/- a gallon territory. you would be getting 265 gallons for 265 dollars..... Even if you cut it with 50 gallons of gas you would be getting a GREAT deal. I think 50 cents is actually a fair price but just not enough to...
