Well I know that it has been a few weeks since the LST 325 was here in Chester and I had hoped to get an update sooner than now, but better late than never I guess.
We had a really good turn-out from the WWII reenactor groups around here. Members of the 82nd, 101st and 2nd Rangers were present...
The LST 325 is coming in today, and I am officially off work through Sunday!!
Most of the SEMO MVPA guys will be coming in today too.
Hope to see some of the SS family there!
Good deal Stan!
We are going to have a great turn-out; getting a bunch of feedback from people.
There will be quite a bit of HMV and WWII stuff on display.
Hope to see some of the SS family there!

My family and I have visited the LST at several ports on their various tours and have never been disappointed. It is something that everyone should see first hand.
ANYONE is welcome!! There will be several areas set up to accept HMVs of all eras, WWII to current issue.
Please come by and participate. Stay all three days, or just one; it is up to you.
We would be happy to have you!
From Sept 16-18 2011, the LST 325 will be moored in Chester IL along the riverfront.
We are organizing a WWII re-enactor Living Camp and Historical Military Vehicle display to coincide with the LST being in town and would like to gauge the interest from the SS community. Several of us...
