    Not my rules just copied them from the info site. However I'm pretty sure that in an emergency situations it is permissible to stop and highly encourage. Stopping rule was most likely establish to keep the flow going barring any emergencies.

    Really tight steering

    I think you are on the right track in the steering box. My guess is your are getting the worm gears out of synch or jammed when you go to full- right. It then takes a few bumps to get them back proper. I'm not sure about the deuce but I know other steering boxes have a set screw you can adjust...

    PTO Poppet washer

    Follow up: gringletaube was correct!!!:-D I removed the copper washer and only used teflon tape and now it shifts normal!:jumpin: I con only guess that using a washer created too much space and allow the ball to jam between the shift rail and housing. Thanks for the help grigletaube!!
