Thanks for the complements. I am still working out the bugs and have artwork made for both w/w and wo/w versions. There is a real good chance I will make a bunch.

    rear brake metal line

I made mine. I started with a roll of tubing and some flare nuts. You will need a tubing bender, a double flare tool and a tube cutter. You can also buy tube with ends already on it, but you need to deal with the stock lenghts.

    Out Junking for Deuce rims

Accuride still makes a 22.5 wheel to fit. It is only 6.75" wide which limits you to a 10r22.5 tire. The Accuride part # is 28517. I have seen a few 7.5" wheels but most are either 6.75 or 7" wide. 11r22.5 tires are close in size to 10.00x20 and the 10r22.5 are close to 9.00x20.

    One Piece Windshield Wanted

If there is interest I will make them. I will need to make number of parts at a time to keep the price down. Back when Extreme Off Road was making them they charged $375 Extreme Off Road Equipment I would make one almost the same as the one in the photo. It looks like I could sell them for $240...

    One Piece Windshield Wanted

If there is an interest I can make them and sell them with or without the glass. I already have set up the cad files. They could be made in one section but two would be more shipping friendly. Send me a PM if interested and I will work up some pricing. Of course we will get better pricing if a...

    M101 Trailer

The tires are LT235/85-16, almost new. I borrowed the hitch adapater from a construction rental yard. They offer them for compressors. I have plans to make one. I just cut a 1" piece of sch 80 2" pipe to go through the ring. I will weld this to a chunk of 3" channel and bolt a hitch on. Pictures...

German Army issue antenna for the SEM-25 radio

I just came across German Army issue antenna for the SEM-25 radios. The discription said they work from 25mhz - 70mhz. They have a tuning box with them but there is also a remote unit that tunes the antenna which isn't incluided. I would like to use this with a CB set, 27mhz. The antenna needs...

    m105 dump bed trailer

I purchased one and hooked it up to my small nail gun compressor. It worked. I just didn't like the way it was built for under a truck or trailer. Air vent, valve, etc. The glad hand would supply more air and work better.

    m105 dump bed trailer

Back to task, dump bed trailer. I looked at the air/hydraulic cylinders that Harbor freight sells and they will work on one of their sides. I didn't think it it would fair too well under a truck or trailer, rust etc. They also sell an air/hydraulic pump that could be mounted remotely, which may...

    m105 dump bed trailer

Well said Speddmon. On our shop/home motors the cost to run them is the same on either voltage. We buy our electric by the kilowatt (1000 watts). If you look at the terminal block on a multi voltage motor the different wires or terminals will allow you to reconfigure the coils for different...

    M101 Trailer

It came with the new tires. Tows great! Notice I used lots of cable ties. They work great for everything. Comming home I needed to make a restroom stop. Wouldn't you know, I pulled into a rest stop and parked next to a tractor trailer. It turns out he was having an inspection by the State...

    M101 Trailer

Picked it up yesterday. It was a long day. Almost 4 hours each way. The trailer towed wonderfully behind my 4 cylinder Sonoma. Here are some pictures. Now you know why I needed the ID of the ring. My little truck doesn't have a class 3 hitch so my options were limited.

    Huntsville City Limits weight restrictions

Fun! A number of years ago I had a DUKW that I was working on in my driveway. They gave me a hard time about a unregister, uninsured vehicle. I ran right down and registered my"boat" for $9 for three years. Makes you happy to pay your tax.

    M101 Trailer

I just won an M101 trailer that I need to pick up next week. Does anyone know the ID of the lunette ring. I may use a ball hitch adapter to tow it home. I couldn't find a manual for it only the newer m101a series trailer, is it there?

    Frame cutting

I went low tech. SawZall, one blade, total cut time 14 minutes and one or two minutes to clean up with a grinder. Hole saw for the wire and air line holes (I did use a mag drill for this). Don't forget to support the frame while cutting and measure twice, cut once.
