Don't replace a functioning pump. Inventory backups? SURE... but dont replace a good pump. What I threw out there is a no cost option for testing. Let us know what you find. We may have a few tricks up our sleeve yet to diagnose this.

Are these original pumps, with the EMI filter still in place?

The entire fuel system runs at 24V DC natively, so yes. Before you get into worrying about the solenoid, if the main pump sounds great on the normal run circuit, just swap wires over to test (or take the aux wire off the aux pump and put it on the main pump, but set to prime + aux... same end...

You should see 24V when the switch is set to prime + aux. Try this, take the power off your primary pump, and put it to your auxiliary, and set the switch to prime + run... any difference?

My bigger concern when looking at these scenarios... you have enough fuel to even run a month? Per the books, if you really did run this 24x7 for 30 days, thats just over 1k gallons of fuel. Do you need 3ph, as thats what this machine produces? Yes you can tap partial legs, but unless its a...

Have you measured the actual voltage being produced by your batteries? Daybreak is spot on that 24v devices just dont work right under 24V... hopefully you are closer to 13v on each battery? Let us know!

I'd say you arent far off... looks like a slide out genset for an RV or similar (just bigger than the normal units).
