Glad to help all. I put a new OTA tv antenna up earlier this year, and I've been meaning to run a separate ground for it (and probably tie my metal woodstove chimney in at the same time).

They have been offered through these folks for a while, at a killer $29. They have taken almost another full 33% off! They will sell out at some point, but I'd hate for someone to miss a great deal...
It would be wise to heed these words, Joe Drifter. It will only make your life easier (and possibly just stop you from making a silly mistake, which could not only cost money, but potential bodily damage). I will even take the work out of it for you...
Someone just a few weeks ago posted a document that showcased grounding on a trailer mounted unit... Guy maybe? I agree that a more concise wrap-up thread of DO and DON'T would be most beneficial for newcomers (and old timers alike).
I would say thats downright affordable: http://www.surpluscenter.com/Hydraulics/Hydraulic-Hose-and-Hose-Assemblies/Hydraulic-Hose-Assemblies/1-4-x-144-JIC-6F-Swivel-x-JIC-6F-Swivel-SAE-100R16-Hydraulic-Hose-Assembly-5800-PSI-921-22144.axd
Most people don't know enough about basic electricity, let alone what an advanced machine like this is, and what all the 'military vernacular' is. Don't underestimate dumb decisions in stressful situations... its a real thing (Look at Washington, DC for the best examples).
Those people who don't know what they are missing, will find out when the time comes. You prepare as you see fit today. I love showing folks what they are missing, one machine at a time.
Part of the problem is people are still panic buying, and aren't paying attention to that pesky 400hz detail. I do think are are some non military uses for the 400hz machines, but they are pretty limited.
Thanks for the respones folks (both here and in PM). For what I am looking to do, I think finding a local Parker hose shop makes the most sense. I have my personal aux fuel line, so at least I don't have to worry. :)
You must maintain a single ground only... just keep that in mind. Hooked to the house? Unbolt the grounding bar in the set. Generator freestanding? Keep bar in place and run a ground lead to a properly installed ground rod.
Do not give electricity two options to ground. Past the fact that its...
I agree... the bung adapter is best. But at least with the standard hose they can use the aux fuel input and dump the other end of the line in either a drum, or fuel tank, etc
Some of my recent acquisitions have not included them. Just want to know if there is a reasonably priced reseller who carries them that anyone knows about. This way I can make sure the sets leaving my posession have them complete, versus just telling them to 'google it' (not really). Thanks
Rodents hate peppermint essential oil. Consider using mesh to cover all holes in sides and below batteries/engine, and putting cotton balls in the machine strategically soaked in the stuff (or just the cotton balls)
