Ok, made good progress this evening. I was able to razor-knife enough material off the rivet heads to drill them out and replace.
At least (8) of the rivets were demonstrably loose toward the top and bottom of the window frame brackets.

Looking to replace pop rivets on window frame as several are worn/loose.
Reading the forum looks like 3/16” but what reach? I gather stainless structural rivets are preferred...? I do not want them to loosen again.

Replaced heater duct hoses. It’s nice to have heat and defrost now.
Replaced doghouse dzus springs. It’s much quieter with the engine cover fully tightened down.

Yeah, figured out the same after reading the TM for diverter box removal. Still working on that, all the screws are out of the diverter but it will not budge.

Replacing the crossover duct to the driver side. Of note the plenum has a foam filler that makes it challenging to r&r the hose.

Take a look at these brackets, they adjust the windshield angle for hardtop conversions. Love to know the NSN/part number...

Door latch shim plates. Two of the holes were not correctly placed which required hand fitting/milling to fit.
Otherwise well made and solved my door latch issues. Have to say it’s a night and day...
Diagnosed high resistance to windshield wiper motor. PO replaced unit with new assembly but it was running slow and would stall. Power jumper to 24v showed perfect operation.
Suspect high resistance through windshield contact ( NSN 5999-01-183-9530) but did not have time to trace wiring...
Cadillac valve isolator.
Very effective in silencing the pronounced hiss they often generate with the solid mount.
Common Fernco coupler or any 2” id hose segment will do. Slotted to accommodate the valve fittings.
