Be aware that the pumps for the v-belt and serpentine engines are different. The pumps spin in opposite directions. They look the same but are not interchangeable.

Read the Fusible Link 101 thread in the CUCV Helpful Threads sticky. It helps answer your question. The simple answer is no. But if you have a knowledge of electrical circuits and load calculations it may be possible to properly replace them with the properly sized maxi-fuse.

All fuses are listed in the CUCV Helpful Threads sticky. The 24v fuse is the one on the very bottom. And the relay is on the bracket that the starter relay is mounted to. That is also listed in the Helpful Threads sticky under Relays, Diodes, etc....
