TreadWright Tires - Anyone run them here?

It feels like a fuel starvation issue, so I opened the fuel bleed and cranked it 2-3 times. It finally started and will restart immediately. I can restart it as many times as I want. If I let it sit for 20 minutes though, it will need to be cranked and bled before a I can get it to start again... -
