Am I the only one upset by this rip off? Isn't it bad enough that our men and women have dies for all of these other countries that now will steal our designs? Friend or foe it doesn't really matter, our tech will always be allowed into the hands of our foes. For a long time now China has been...
Gimp is refering to the O-rings under the Hydraulic Head. Follow that link and you will see what they are and how to get to them. That is one of the first places I would look. There is also a small O-ring on the fuel shut off rod that could be the cause also. Replace all 3 of them and check it.
No problem lacoda, I was refering to the main entrance. I have seen the troop entrances, but I was foolish assuming he would know I ment civy entrance. Thanks for the clear up.
There is only one entrance. Make sure to have your license, registration and current insuance. I recently went with another member and we spent some time driving around looking for a DMV to get a copy of his registration, I shall leave his name out. Most importanly is to be prepared.
This coming Saturday, June 11th, is an event in Menomonee Falls, WI at a senior apartment complex. They are hosting an event called A History of American Wars. There will be Civil War and WWII re-enactors, a Color Guard and if all goes well an MV display. A lady from my church is setting up...
Appears to be a large scale troop/material movement exercise. Could the use f a civilian parking lot aid in the "real world" training of possible events they may encounter?
This is a great idea for those that dn't have a tractor. Or who just want to pull a larger trailer and don't want to get a tractor. Now that it's been a few years how is this working out? Is it still proving its worth?
Fully agree to the throttle responce. I'm not getting the flutter sound, but it does have a different tone to it. Very happy with it so far. I'm going to take it on a run of about 50 miles tonight and see what difference there is.
I'm in Waukesha, WI right off I94 exit at Hwy F, Hwy 164 or Hwy 18, any of those can get you right to me. I have a decent enough shop with enough to have rebuilt my A2 and you are more than welcome to stop by. There is a fuel stop and a Buffet right here so even if it's just a needed stop to...
I have ran WMO but never just WMO. I would think it's gotten to the point of being too think for one of the pumps. I would start by thining it out with diesel, bleed all your fuel lines and then start it and make sure all the injector lines are carrying fuel. If the problem persist after that...
I had so few threads sticking out that I could only be turned up. So I don't think I have to worry about having gone too far. I will have to test it against the fastest deuce I know. poof's.
Well I turned mine one full turn today. Only get the black smoke if I take it from idle to WOT, and then it's just a short puff and back to normal. Took me longer to grind a wrench down that to do the actual job. Went for a test run and I can tell the difference in throttle responce. As soon...
Just my opinion, but I think you will be much happier with the results. After using Rapco to do my deuce I can't see myself using anything else. It was very easy to use, I"m no pro, and it turned out better than I was hoping for. You can see mine if you click the link in my sig line.
A DA Sander is a Dual Action Sander. That way you lessen the chance of swirl marks in the surface that show in your paint. I linked to one at HF for you. And ask all the questions you need, I am glad I can finally start to payback to members on this site with help and info for all the help...
I used a fine silica sand from Menards(Home Depot type store here). I tried Black Diamond from TSC, but that would plug up the nozzle real fast and I use the largest available size they had at HF. I know you can have custom made nozzles, but for me that would be a waste of money and time. I...
