We did up an MLVW that way, but we left the tarp on top, for water proofing. Our DA account did not entitle us a shop van, so we built our own. There was no way that we would leave HQ maintenece tools unsecured orund our troopers. Their motto was, "If it's shiny and cool, It's mine!"

There is a possibility that we'll bring the M-135, in July. I have also had a request from a reitred Artillery Col. (CF), who might tag-a-long and is interested in buying his own green toy! If we bring the M-135, we should have the winch mounted by then.

They take a while to load. If you still can't get them, PM me your email address.

Welcome to the club. If I can help, just PM me. I am too far to help you wrench the beast, but as I got a running one in the driveway.... Well what ever questions you have, ask! If I don't know, I'll find out. The TM is posted under resources on this site, and is available for free down load...
Clinto was kind enough to explain for me, as I was busy re rigging the canvas on the M-135. I just want to thank you for using your rest break, to snap some pics to share with the rest of us. Whenever you get the chance, please keep them coming! I love seeing that truck in action.
If CNN was paying you, I would be screaming. As a guy on the ground, posting good pics, I want to say thanks. You have to respond to things that most people ignore on the news. Job well done, and please don't appologize for the quality of pics, tht most people would never have a chance to see...
Yup, request a towbar, and a tug. I really hope to see the Pics of your truck in the driveway. Please let us know what the real problem was, because that is how we get smarter.
As an Officer, I had to be qualified on all units in our inventory.
Just in case...
Do I know 1/8 of what my...
