I've read through quite a few of the TMs and never noticed it listed, I doubt it's in there. The seat also doesn't look right to me. Unless I'm seeing things funny it looks more like a box driver's seat but in the middle of the cab, definitely not a regular passenger seat.

Mine were on a trailer that I bought from an SS member. I think Kublo's Surplus in PA was selling the wheels on ebay, not sure if they still are or not. They drop the trailer down quite a bit but they also stick out a few inches or so on either side.

We finally went and picked this up yesterday. The wrecker set worked great to unload 7 Jeep engines sitting in the trailer. We put on bolster tires to drop it down and added some lights and longer safety chains. It towed great for the 350 mile trip. I'll get some more pics once it's unloaded...

The yellow trucks are GMC m211s. The red one is an m39 series 5 ton with what looks to be an m135 bed on the back. The GMCs are early 1950s, the 5 ton could be as well or just a little newer.

All of the hydraulics would go with the subframe of the bed when it's removed. I'd bet either the bed got trashed or a previous owner moved it over to an m35a2 chassis. Some other clues that it's an m342a2 would be the air tanks will be outside the frame on the driver's side, the frame will be...
