Retired M925 Finds Home In Seattle Area

What retrictions tripped you up for the license? Went back and looked at them and unless you are using the truck as a daily driver or hauling commerically, it looks pretty open for me. Think I have 5 vehicles licensed that way and have not had any problems. The only thing that looks...

Also have you lubed your airpack? This can help to cause a sticky brake issue.

PNW Group, 4th Parade invite and race reminder

This is interesting. A 4th of July parade and they could take up to 3 MV's. Why wouldn't they have 30 if they could get them. Last year at the Napavine Parade (Aaron W's) event, I counted 30 2 1/2 and 5 T's. That was an impressive lineup of green iron. Good luck and safe running for this event.

Have you checked your master cylinder and wheel cylinders yet. It is possible on the truck that if you have rust in the cylinder that something did not release all the way causing your brake drag. On the positive side, it is better that something was dragging rather than your pedal going to...

Got parade registration in today, so we are good to go with that. All the other schedule is still the same. If you are coming from the north, take exit 82, turn rt. at the bottom of the ramp, turn left at the first road and drive straight into the park. If coming from the south, take exit 82...

PNW-2012-Fourth Annual Chehalis River Valley M/V Convoy & Campout

It depends on how big the hole in the tank is, but is he was trying to weld, it proable was fairly small. He might try putting a metal screw in, that is covered with JB Weld. Properly applied that is some really great stuff.

RR, you tell me you are going to come and you are signed up. Have been hosting this event for probably a dozen years and haven't heard anyone complain that they went home hungry yet. Of course Frank is welcome. If you keep draggin him along, maybe we can convert him. And if you would like...

Here are a few pics from the day. It was a good turn out from the Puget Sound Military Vehicles Club, thanks JHigh. Our own Ft. Powell also made it and there were several vehicles from The Friends of Willie and Joe.

Winlock, WA Egg Day parade June 23, 2012

If anyone would be interested in tagging along, on Saturday they will hold the annual Winlock Egg Day parade. This is a good small town parade. Line up would be by 0945, with the parade commencing at 1100. I sent in a registration and asked that they put us at the tail end of the parade...

This is a fun event and the folks that visit at the park really enjoy it. the parade is fun as well. They want people to line up for the parade by 1400 for judging, so we go at 1500. The people that matter most know what we are and that is what's important. I checked today and there seems to...

Time to wake this one up. Anyone else considering coming for this one? We have been doing it for about a dozen years and it is always well received by the public. If you want to do a display in addition to your vehicle, bring it along. In the past we have fielded 8 to 12 vehicles, but the...

And I thought I didn't need a Stalwart till after Amram's video. That looked just like my M54 jumping off the bank, right up to the point where there was something still on the surface after the splash had subsided. What a neat truck. Take it easy on the back Stalwart, even when you think it...

Sorry to hear about your situation Stalwart. Having tried that route with the surgeons about 4 years ago, some of them really have a handle on this back stuff and do a great job. Good luck with this situation.

    srodocker's "little" project

Looks very good Scott. Now that you have put them together all purdy, do they still fit? When I rebuilt the racks on the M715, I very meticulously measured and drilled and when I set the rack, it didn't go in. It appears that they are not necessarily symetrical. So I decided that at the...
