I agree with tbanks the g838.org group is a good group. It is a M151A1 and sorry to say this, but it looks like it might have been cut. Looking at the pics it seems that there might be a reweld spot. I like the electric light switches on the dash...lol.

Tim, you could have used MS Paint to put the arrows on....but I think we've gotten the answer now. You really need to invest in a media blaster to clean up these old MV parts.

You parts truck hook looks like it might have been in better shape than the replacement one.

Yep that's not a turn signal lever that is an air brake handle for the trailer. As soon as I saw that with out going to the rest of the pics I said he has a tracktor...then I saw the frame and it confirmed it.

When I had a M211 some 10 or 12 years ago....I got 12 wheel cylinders from Niagra and they worked great. I got the MC from a truck parts store....when I was done rebuilding the system I could stop that puppy on a dime and give nine cents change.
