    220v 3phase from MEP-003

I can't tell you what to do here. Just what it looks like you need on the schematic. You need to set the generator to produce 3 phase. I don't have a MEP-8xx series so best to follow the manual to select the right output. Should be pretty straightforward. Also how you get your grounding is very...

    220v 3phase from MEP-003

3 phase should be 3 hot legs. I don't think the neutral would be required. Just a ground. Diagram looks like typical 3 phase connection to me. L1 L2 L3 Sounds like they are describing a buck boost transformer to raise the 208V to 220V. We have that problem at work. 208V 3 phase power but a lot...

    M35A2 Registrations, In NY

I have had good luck with Riverhead in the past. Not sure how open they are lately I think you have to get an appointment. Far from you. I did my truck at Brookhaven and it was a bit of a struggle but it went thru. They were not sure how to handle the short VIN on the transferable registration...

    Interesting Find

Did it sit around somewhere without air and perhaps laying flat on the ground for a length of time? I bought a bunch of surplus 9 x 20 tires recently and probably 3 of them had a lot of water inside. I didn't break them down but the water pushed out when I aired up the tubes. I don't see how...

    my new m35a2

Yeah must be crazy to have a truck like this drop while jacked up. I had mine with wooden cribbing supporting the front of the frame while the front axle was out. Old timer neighbor came and gave me so many horror stories I had to get some jackstands to put under the cab area just in case.

    FL Insurance policies

I am sorry but I did not go thru an actual agent like I had to do with State Farm. I just called the direct number for Progressive Commercial and whoever answered got me what I needed. 1-877-656-7707 What did they tell you? I didn't get too crazy trying to explain the truck to them and they...

Yes I had removed those axle vents and cleaned them and thought they were OK a while back. Then one day I was checking the gear oil level and when I cracked loose the plug I could hear the air escaping. I did all the axle vents the same way with tubing brought to the firewall. Honestly I did not...

    my new m35a2

Good call I have to check those vents. Just did not get to it yet. Seems a likely source to my problem. I did the whole parking brake too. New cable and shoes the whole nine. Had to pull shims out to set the shaft clearance on the t-case too at that time. I used the seal which I had gotten from...

    my new m35a2

Yes they make a real mess too when they leak... I have to do over the transfer case rear output - something did not go right I guess and it still leaks. Wish it was one of the easier ones. Hate fighting with that parking brake assembly... It took a 100 mile drive to really get my truck leaking...

You did the pinion seals up top on the axles as well? Those ended up being worse than the wheel bearing seals on mine.

Hydraulic Head O-Rings might be worth changing. You could check the cold weather starting solenoid if you have one. Mine started leaking externally. Needed new O-Rings. Maybe U-Joints and all the seals coming out of the transfer case and axles? Most of mine started leaking nicely once I began...

    Paint quote

My local Sherwin Williams rep was very helpful when I was looking for paint to use on my truck. She got together with the support people who recommended SHER-CRYL HPA (High Performance Acrylic) Can be sprayed, rolled, or brushed and looks pretty good to me. Water clean up. It is an Industrial...

    Broken budd nut

It's possible a regular propane torch or MAPP gas bottle job would be enough. Not expensive but handy. Overpriced link at Grainger here. If you had already tried it with one of these please disregard.
