pretty much just a bolt in swap.

Air assist drag link too short

if indeed it was made from square tubing, it is a very bad idea. force of steering will try to twist the tubing and that is pretty easy. it should be 3/4" material with gusset. even a 6" rise will accentuate the caster angle, so that must be taken into consideration when designing the arm.

M35A3 transmission substitute for higher speed/lower rpm?

it is an allison 3070PT. no way in the world ever would it fit and the front drive shaft is on the wrong side. easiest simplest cheapest way is to put 3053 spicer with od gear kit in. it will bolt right in and use the same short driveshatf to the transfer.

    Crushed Fuel Line?

while you are at it, you should replace ALL the plastic lines with air brake line. doing it now will prevent a fire that you will regret. all standard line sizes and far better that the copper and nylon it came with.

Deuce repair after scrappers got to it.

that is just not true, and the manual says lots of things since they are expecting dummies to be operating the truck. the chances of it being locked is beyond rare and even if it was the tires would just slip.

Deuce repair after scrappers got to it.

even with everything empty of fuel, there could be enough in the IP to cause serious injury. you do not need ANY electricity to start a deuce, just tow it.

    Locked rear axles

a few thoughts. first the m-621 made for Norway, has all 3 axles with air lockers, there must have been a reason. they also have larger shafts, again there is a reason. if you have a locker in front you will not be able to steer. you could buy all 3 rockwells surplus for less than ARBs and they...

    Rebuilt wheel cylinders

no real bad pitting and looked half decent afterwards, just doesn't cut it. any pitting at all, they are junk.

    Deuce battery question

batteries are in series and so are the chargers, very simple. no need to ever disconnect anything.

Latest issue< front end shake(side to side)

wrong. toe out does not cause pull, which is always to one side, it causes wandering, an entirely different thing.
