I believe Guy's post mentioning "Plastic Relay" was referring to the relay common to the row of relays behind the control panel. Specifically K12, K15, K16, K19 & K20 They are all KUP-14D15-24 Potter & Brumfield relays S14 is the oddball Frequency Trip Switch (of which you have 2 heading your way)

If you find the Quad winding is bad I offer Voltage Regulators that will work in 802's and 803's with burned out Quad Windings.

To my knowledge there were two different manufacturers of the Frequency Switch S14. The internals look slightly different but do the same function. The Aux Fuel Pump operation does not rely on the fuel level sender for the fuel gauge. It is controlled by a separate float switch in the fuel tank.

Simple, just buy a bridge rectifier rated at 400 PRV and use 3 out of 4 of its terminals. Use the + and the two AC input terminals. Plus terminal to L2 and two AC terminals to the other inputs.
