I have an NH250 in an M818 that the previous owner added a turbo to but made no other fuel changes. The truck also has 16.00R20s (53's).
Take off acceleration is no worse than a nonturbo truck on 11.00's, and it pulls the hills at speed even with a load (50k GVW) without downshifting.

Note the continuous outer ring on the killer in the pictures. Your deuce rims have a split locking ring. Not the same thing.
All that being said, my preference is bolt together 2 piece rims.
Oh, and a locking air chuck is a critical piece...
I've had tarps made by Edwards Canvas in Paul's Valley OK.
Extrapolating from what large thick heavy tarps cost, I'd be surprised if it was more than $1k for a nice custom cover.

Rust is a big deal to me.
Price seems a bit high, by $3-$4k or possibly more depending on just how bad the rust is. (And this takes into account that the mv truck market is somewhat inflated right now)

I've seen that also. I just can't bring myself to believe it. Too many differences in the frames and hole locations in the frame. It would be far more work/expense to turn an 809 into a 939 than it would be to make a 939 from scratch.

The Allison is close to maxed out with the NH250. I believe its rated for something like 800 lbs/ft of torque.
Wreckers are known for early transmission demise due to the weight.
Duals get a two part wheel retention device.
The inner wheel gets a "thimble" that mounts over the wheelstud. And sleeves the wheelstud with larger diameter threads. The outer wheel then goes over the thimble and is retained by a lugnut compatible with these larger threads.
