An 8.3L with an air tight fuel suction system doesn't even need two group 31's. But, it is one of the most economical ways to get 12v @ $100 each.

Two group 31's is all you will need. Especially with an 8.3L in good state of tune. No crimping needed. Frees up a ton of underseat room. Make sure charging system works well, replace them every 5 years, and you'll never need to lift the seat.

Does the stock Cummins 250 PT pump has a provision to add fuel under boost? I would guess not, and you are just pouring more fuel in?

Still learning. The ISL comes with steel dome topped 2 piece pistons. There goes EGT concerns. Was wondering how they squeeze 400-450hp from a stroked 8.3L, reliably. I really need to figure out how to retain and pull my transmission modulator cable when using an electronic accelerator pedal.

Turbo will not make positive boost until you are driving it. Try Will's method.
