it might be as simple as the cable needs adjustment. it might also need a replacement or rebuild.

Engine works so worse cast scenario is a new transfer case or driveshaft or differential. Maybe a little less beer and a little more behaving older than 30 in the future?

Your truck looks great. Not sure the engine harness is “essential”. Best to clean all connections and restore the stock harness. The supplemental harness won’t hurt BUT clean wire connections prevent shorts as electricity flows in prescribed pathways and is not looking for less robust...

I would NOT start it up at -29 unless you have a block heater or special low viscosity cold weather engine oil. Normal oil turns to sludge at low temps. IMHO

Bottom line... seems like you’re happy.

Alignment can easily cause speed related vibrations. So can unbalanced wheels OR wheels dirty with hidden deposits of snow/ice/mud.

Have you tried Centrimatics and checking your alignment?
