Engine works so worse cast scenario is a new transfer case or driveshaft or differential.

Not sure the engine harness is “essential”.
Best to clean all connections and restore the stock harness. The supplemental harness won’t hurt BUT clean wire connections prevent shorts as electricity flows in prescribed pathways and is not looking for less robust...
One of the other members on this forum found that you can remove the plastic and be left with perfect looking windows.
Essentially remove the delaminating plastic from the glass and you have perfectly clear windows that will cost you nothing other than some time.

The other thing about bio-Diesel is that it will eat up rubber so any rubber lines will turn to mush. It works great as a cleanser ONLY If you have plastic fuel lines.

I would NOT start it up at -29 unless you have a block heater or special low viscosity cold weather engine oil.
Normal oil turns to sludge at low temps.
