Electric horn. Older trucks had an electric horn, later models were an air horn. Your truck probably has an air horn upgrade but they never replaced the headlight panel.
Engine is compatible but gasser doesn't have an overdrive transmission, since it revs higher. Slower revving multi will require a 3053 OD trans to maintain normal (normal for a deuce) speed.
I have the correct front crossmember (mount) and rear engine mount for multi (crossmember is M44A2...

I think at one time Carnac said the headlights call for 4811 and the IR lights call for 4812. Boatie has used 4812 in his headlights...

How did you bleed it? I have done my '87 the old school way and I'd love to figure out how to use a pressure bleeder on it like my single circuit trucks.
Some of the "weak" complaints you're hearing aren't about horsepower output, it's about connecting rod output from them blowing up.

The actual VIN of that truck is 0625-10126. Somebody added the registration # to the VIN, probably either because they thought they were supposed to judging from the dataplate or because they were trying to get to 17 digits for the VIN.
Never had a truck with the freezing one, but the turbo cool off period one is usually between the instrument panel and the glovebox.
The checklist I've always seen as a sticker as opposed to a plate and it's usually on the upper part of the drivers door, near the front.
Just because it came off an LDT doesn't mean it isn't an LDS turbo that the service (or a civvy owner) swapped because they had it laying around.
