You need to make sure the turrets don't have any valve steams installed, if there is you can't fill from the CTIS wheel valve. You can fill from the back stem to get them filled up.

Wyomer, what part of Wyoming are you at? I'm in western Nebraska and I'm having about the same Ctis problem with my 939 and I thought we might share some ideas on fixing them.
I also installed 4 group 31s in my m939a2 and they fit really tight with the wiring . but I couldn't get the hold down bracket to fit right so when it warms up I'm going to fab up a hold down bracket from the original.
I went out to the local Napa store and got 4 new batteries with 1100 cca each and i think they were $99.00. Went out today after setting for a week and my m939a2 fired right up at 6 degrees.
