I had a flap chew up a new tube. Check them real well before reuseing them. As for tool you will need 2 lock ring tools and a bead breaking hammer or side hammer. A spray bottle with soapy water will help alot also.
One more thing, the tire shop I use alot will put a patch on the tire where...

If you wait an hour for it to get up to the full mark, you are LOW. You check it in a min. If you wait longer it should show over full. an 1" or so sounds about right.
A M818 I have would not go into high or low. The shift frok is held on the rail by a large set screw that should have safty wire on it. Mine was almost all the way out. Titened it back up and it shifts fine. You can check it in the truck thought a cover on the side.

Of the 2 whinch I've taken apart , 1 was missing a bolt or plug or some thing in the brake houseing and the brake was in good shape. The other had this plug or bolt (can't rember what it was). The brake on that one was rusted bad. I'm going to leave it out when I put it back together. That way...
Off the point here but the boat is too far back on the trailer/or the trailer is too short for the boat. Also if the tough wieght is too low that will cause fish tailing. Getting the boat farer up on the trailer will help this.
