On mine I had to pull the pump out. And it's a good thing, I found that the impeller was cracked. Had to replace the pump. You may also mess up the gasket by truning it so best to get a new one and replace it to start with. Or you may end up with a leak.
One more thing the pump has a grease...
Your looking for the wrong TM It's TM 9-4540-202-12.
I just downloaded it and will be uploading it here in a bit.
HINT HINT look for it kenny its a "A"
Ops I see now looking at the cover it was TM 5-4540 but the new one is TM 9-4540 so both # are right the "9" is just the newest one.
It could have been the wrong oil. Pvt dopy could have put any thing in it. I got a m818 with what look, felt, smelt, acted like use eng oil in the trasnfer case:-x. The case now needs new bearing in it now.
If one looks like that they all do. You need to change them all out and flush out all the lines.
I use one of the brake bleeder that recovey4X4 use full of denatured alcohol to flush the lines out. Then a another one with dot 5 to bleed it.
I would be afraid that the brakes would not work. The hitch is not pushing inline like it should, now the hitch is trying to twist the acturator not push it inline like it should.
But that is just my 2cents
I just looked up so info on tire speed ratings. Here is a link to what I found. If any one knows more or finds out more pleas post it. thank you.
Tire Speed Ratings - Tire Load Ratings -
Here is some thing eles to think about. The Michelin XL 16.00R20 have a MAX SPEED rating of 56MPH. Its no fun when one of those blows out on the front of your truck. Just some thing to think about.
Yes the front has just the one seal on the back side of the hub. When you do it do both sides and put on a set of one pice boots back on. The boots go on ALOT easyer if every thing is really clean. If it were me I would also replace or rebuild the wheel cylinder when its all apart.
