If you can stay in one lane there is some thing wrong with your truck. Mine will run down the road just fine at 55-60. Even when the right front tire blew out it was still easy to drive and control.
I got a set or two off ebay alast year. They looked like he made them or had them made. I.E. truned down a bigger bolt too the right size. He may of had to get a bunch done and sold the rest?. Have you tryed mephis by chance?
There was a thread some time back that had a link to a off the shelf adapter for doing just this. You just plug the military plug in one end and a civi plug was on the other end.
Isn't the front end a little over loaded all ready on the deuce? There was talk some where that with the multi and winch the front end or tires were near the load limit. 1/2" plate and 3/8' wall tube is going to add a lot of lbs.
The deuce does not use a "Hydravac". vac= vacuum, the deuce uses presure. Does the map box door fit another truck? like a M37 or m715?? Or is TACOM just useing the wrong wording??
One of my M35's came with a LDS pump. I thought it ran good until I got my M109 with the FDC bypassed. Unless they detuned it, the LDS pump didn't make any more power at all. But that is just my case other may have seen diferent.
