Another option is to hook up two 12V sources to the truck...one on each battery. I've done this plenty of times.

The best thing to do...and the cheapest...is to buy a can of STARTING FLUID from your local NAPA or other auto parts store. Keep the can in the tool box or behind the seat back in the corner. Give the air intake a little sniff right before you crank it. Works every time for me...and cheap...

You are better off rhino lining the enter cabin. The rubber mats trap water between the mat and the floor and eventually will rust the floor out. Often times, the NG has already disposed of the rubber mats for this reason. My experience is that most times, trucks with rubber mats have floor...

Changing from 900 X 20s to 1100s will allow you to run at 57 MPH at the same RPM you would be turning at 50 MPH with the 900s (this has not been mathematically derived...figured it out from a chase car clocking me).
