    Which Relay??

I agree it is a load somewhere on the system. However, it could very possibly be a bad voltage regulator as well on one of the alternators. I think it is glow plug related, but just wanted to mention what to check next if you find everything ok.

    Voltages

The back light for the gauges are a completly different problem. Except for 1 wire. The ground for the dash lights and about 20 other things on the truck is bolted to the top of the parking brake pedal bracket. Crawl under there, remove the bolt, clean the metal and make sure that ground is...

    Early 725?

The theory is that number 10001 was the first truck off the line in 1967. Yours isn't far behind. Is there a build date on the data plate?

    Voltages

What are you getting for voltages at each battery with the truck running and everything hooked up? Is the red wire at the bolt post on the back of ALT 2 always hot with 12V? It seems to me that your truck wiring is ok. That means no matter what autozone said, you have a problem in your...

    glow plugs

I am not an expert of glow plugs either. However, you fail to mention when you tell everybody about how bad the 60G's are a few things. Such as you are running 50% or more non diesel fuel in your truck, you had intermittent power problems recently with your engine and you posted something...

    New V-100

They didn't start it, but it sure looks like the V and the gun truck were part of the huge brush fire the pyrotechnics for the show did start on Saturday in my picture below. 4 hour delay while around 20 fire trucks put it out.

Passenger side knuckle assembly --- Help

Flashers on would drain the front battery. What do you need the gear puller for. Unbolting everything and it should come right off.

    Voltages

The passenger side alternator charges the rear battery. That is ALT 2. With the plug on the alternator un plugged. You should have 12 volts on the red wire with the key on or off. The brown wire should be 0 with the key off and 12 volts with the key on. If you are getting that, the problem...

Passenger side knuckle assembly --- Help

Is it the front or rear battery? Front could mean anything from lights to key left on. Rear is harder to explain.

RPM's vs MPH for M1008 Pickup

I would suggest a different calculator. I just plugged your sizes into this one and got way different answers: Randy's Ring & Pinion. RPM Calculator. I would also suggest measuring your tires and using that as a guide instead of a number from the internet.

Need help with F-1 Wiring Diagram

No, it is not that big of a puzzle. We both know the short is between the steering wheel and the seat. Sorry Taylor. I have been trying to work that line into a post for years and this thread just called out for it.
