This was the intercom that Stewart and Stevenson had available. The LS-671 is a speaker, it doesn't have a voltage rating. It was connected to a SINCGARS radio behind the commander's seat.
The HMMWV community is kinda tight. Someone will try to flip this. Highly doubt it's in Mexico. GP item 4271593. Most distinguishing thing about this truck is it's been used hard by USMC. Lots of wear and tear on the paint.
Oh boy. We need to know what type start box you have. Get rid of any key ignition, go back to OEM lever switch. If the engine won’t start without either, drive something else until you fix the glow plug system. Headlight harness unrelated to starting.

Random thoughts and personal opinion on these tops: I think Uncle bought a lot of these back in the early 60's but they just sat in warehouses and were never installed. When they were surplused (knocked down in a crate), they were sold by surplus dealers to mainly hunters that wanted some...
Yes you do indeed have an Arctic enclosure for a M38A1. That is unique for the M38A1 and is quite rare. I once bought an entire CJ-5 just to get the military Arctic enclosure that was on it. Most people that do military restorations do not install these however. So demand for them is light.
