I was the tool in the -20 and read about installing it. I didn't because mine had already moved over to no rear brake mode. I pulled the rubber cover off the plunger/nut. The needle wasn't sticking out, I tried pushing it in with my finger and a screw driver, but it wouldn't move any at all...
I wasn't trying to be negative. I already have the March rally dates marked off for next year. I was just pointing out that our Texas society revolves around those two things in the fall, even if we don't take part in them.
I try searching, but didn't find any answers.
I was driving the M1009 to work this morning. The plan was for my students to pull the front rotors, turn them and refresh the bearing grease. Some idiot pulling out of the taco stand caused me to do a crash stop. I missed them, but the brake...
Football and deer season kind of take up every weekend for most people Lincoln. I don't do either, but Scouts and a M715 gathering out in Camp Wood have me doing something just about every weekend until mid November.
Now, just a day gathering somewhere once it gets cooler out would be great.
You need a regular 12V flasher for a 1984 Blazer. That 24V flasher you put in is never going to work. Swap that out and then start chasing grounds and shorts. A real good idea is to pull every fuse individually, clean the contacts and then move onto the next one. Those fuse panels are really...
What county are you in? Look in the link at the top of the page that says resources. Find your way to the technical manuals. The -20 manual for the CUCV walks you through several hundred pages of diagnostics. Check all the bulbs in the blinker system for working. GM vehicles used to not...
I just looked at the Oreilly site. They have new drums for around $75.00 each.
Have somebody with a pair of drum calipers measure what you have. If they are too thin, then you have to buy new. If still thick enough, get them turned.
I needed a place to put the cooler heading to Boy Scout summer camp last Sunday. Coleman 62 qt wheeled cooler fit in there just right. 4 cup holders and an arm rest the same highth as the door arm rest. I left it in when we got back yesterday because it is so much more comfortable driving wth...

First we find out we were at A&M together, then in the 49AD together. Now I see that you live where my wife's sister and family lived until about 2 years ago.
Go down to the museum on Wallisville road and 610. I tagged along with them last fall for the Wings over Houston show. Great bunch...
Thanks for everything again Joe.
Could you look at any spare passenger seats and see how this cable is run on it? I think he hit on the correct way.
Remember how the passenger seat in the truck Ol'Ag has was not bolted down when we visited in December? Allen almost fell out of the truck...
"Grab your tools Fred. The pump went on my Ford and we are going to GSA to 'look at trucks', if they have one. You swap in my old one and I will talk to the people at the other end of the place about Dueces coming up for sale."
Pull the J pipe off the back of the air pack, put in a fitting for an air chuck, then run an air hose from your passenger side air fitting on the front truck to the air pack on the back truck.
Stretch has a great post with pictures about it. The older long style air pack has different sized...
Bad batteries was my first thought as well. What kind of voltage do they have with the engine off? Check that, then start it and see how far they drop while starting. The 1/2-1 second it takes to start a 6.2 should not drop them down much below 12.0 volts. Anything below 11.0 volts while...
