Yeah I have. I removed an old opener the other day and I had a feeling it was from the door opener. It was suspect though because it was way under the truck. Figured I would ask around.

I pulled my M1009 out of the garage Sunday and found this little guy under the vehicle. I have no idea where it came from- maybe someone here could help? There is a slight possibility it isn't even from my Blazer. I was removing an old garage door opener...
I saw this while scrolling through Facebook- figured someone would appreciate it. It appears that they are having a swap meet, military vehicle show, C-47 rides and vendors of some sort. Might be a cool event.
So jealous! I've been wanting to do this swap into my Blazer for a few years now. Have fun with the build- looking forward to seeing this build thread grow. Very interested to see how she fits in the truck.

From my experience window regulators are a tricky thing- they are either ok or garbage. Heck, I have an aftermarket door on my blazer and when I re-installed the window tracks and regulator nothing seemed to work right. OEM was the way to go on that stuff.
We have a fleet of +26 Chevy vans at the company I work for so every time we scrap a van or someone wrecks on I always try to nab the headlight buckets, adjusters, springs etc.
That is exactly my concern. The sleeve on the old ball joint was only a little bit below the top of the knuckle and the new sleeve is way down in the hole. Like I said, I followed the TM instructions- just wanted to make sure I didn't miss something. I'll wrap up the install later this week when...
