Perhaps it was too slow and I was out of patience. I've been at it for two weeks solid. Back to work Monday and will give it a break for a week and reassess. I have fixed so many things with everyone's help! Cheers!!
Based on what Suprman stated:
" Programming works best when its done on the truck the controller is being used on. Has to be an a1 truck. First gen trucks usually only inflate to 60 or so psi even with the controller set higher. Its hit or miss. "
I chose to try something different. If you...
It does recharge to normal. But the activation of the recharge seems to stop when the tires are at 80psi. I think it's because the pressure switch on the side of the wet tank doesn't switch on until the pressure dips under 80. But it won't dip under 80 cause the tires are at 80.... I think....
OK, well here we go... I installed the 150psi pressure sensor today on my MTV. I wasn't happy with my tire pressure gauge, so I bought a better one. HWY on the original sensor was 57 and XC was 35. So, I go to install the new 150PSI sensor. Nope, can't remove it. It's too close to the plastic...
So what would you suggest for the Goodyears? 85 hwy, 35 xc and sand? Rolling in hot AZ, we usually keep close to max cold fill pressures for on the road driving in our cars....
Well what a day! I changed out the air governor and that did nothing. It was only $17 for a Haldex. Freaking still leaks. OMG.... I even went to CAT and got new O-Rings and it still leaks! I'm not a fan of launching the parts cannon at things as I enjoy troubleshooting and fixing stuff, but...
Getting grease into your leaf springs/grease zerks.

ordered. I got all of them except for one. The one behind the fuel tank. Most of them I removed the fitting, cleaned...
Well it was a good/fair day:
1) The air blow off valve leaks. I rebuilt it a month ago. It is clean. I reinstalled all the old O-rings and rubber seal. It leaks. There is no fixing the leak that I can tell. The valve is pretty basic. Maybe some pressure differential causing it? I'm over it...
I added a gauge to the wet tank. Here is what happens when I open the air valve to release a little air then close it. I don't think it's getting up to pressure to activate the CTIS pressure check??!
